Milwaukee EXACT 7/8″ SINK Punch

PRECISION SINK PUNCH PERFORMANCE

When your layout demands a clean 1-3/8-inch penetration through 16-gauge stainless steel, there is zero margin for surface marring or jagged edges. The Milwaukee EXACT system is engineered to bypass the traditional struggle of heavy-gauge sink installs, turning a high-fatigue task into a repeatable, high-speed production win. For the technician facing a high volume of commercial sink punch-outs, these dies offer the cleanest alignment and fastest slug removal in the industry.

• / SLUG-SPLITTING TOOTH GEOMETRY: Innovative punch design fractures the slug during the cut, preventing it from binding and ensuring it drops free every single time.
• / VIVID ENGRAVED CROSSHAIRS: High-visibility alignment marks etched directly into the die deliver dead-nuts layout accuracy when synced with your pre-drawn reference lines.
• / 16-GAUGE STAINLESS RATING: Heavy-duty construction specifically hardened to withstand the high-tensile resistance of stainless steel sinks without edge degradation.
• / PERMANENT ID MARKINGS: Large, high-contrast size identifiers make tool selection instantaneous, even in low-light environments or crowded job boxes.
