Milwaukee HAMMERVAC Dust Extractor Nozzle

MAXIMIZED SUCTION CONTAINMENT

Maintaining the integrity of your dust extraction fleet is critical for ensuring long-term motor health and jobsite safety. The Milwaukee 49-90-2301 Replacement Nozzle is a high-precision component engineered specifically for the HAMMERVAC system to restore peak aerodynamic efficiency. By creating a concentrated vacuum seal around the masonry bit, this nozzle prevents abrasive silica particles from bypassing the filtration system, effectively extending the service life of your rotary hammers while maintaining a cleaner, professional workspace.

• / DIRECT CONCENTRATION: Optimized internal geometry focuses suction directly at the drill tip for maximum debris capture at the source.
• / UNIVERSAL HAMMERVAC FIT: Fully compatible with M12 (2306-20) and M18 (2712-DE, 2715-DE) dedicated dust extraction units.
• / INDUSTRIAL DURABILITY: Constructed from abrasion-resistant polymers to withstand the constant friction of concrete slurry and dust.
• / OSHA COMPLIANCE ASSURANCE: Critical component for maintaining Table 1 objective data compliance during overhead and horizontal drilling.
