Milwaukee High Pressure Grease Coupler 2-Pack

INDUSTRIAL-GRADE SEAL PRECISION

Eliminating grease bypass is a priority for any fleet manager looking to maximize the lifecycle of expensive mechanical components. The Milwaukee 49-16-2649 High Pressure Grease Gun Coupler provides a superior mechanical seal that withstands the aggressive delivery rates of modern cordless grease guns, ensuring every gram of lubricant reaches the bearing instead of the shop floor. This isn’t just a fitting; it is a critical interface designed to prevent the back-pressure failures common in standard hardware-store couplers.

• / High-Pressure Optimization – Specifically designed to handle the 10,000 PSI output of M18 and M12 power tools without seal blowouts.
• / Industrial Thread Standard – Features a 1/8″ NPT inlet for immediate compatibility with existing whip hoses and extension reach setups.
• / Positive Locking Mechanism – Engineered with reinforced jaws to maintain a stable, hands-free connection during high-volume lubrication cycles.
• / Optimized Geometry – Streamlined profile allows for easier navigation in the crowded chassis of heavy-duty trucks and earth-moving equipment.
