Milwaukee HOLE DOZER with Carbide Teeth Cobalt Pilot Bit

MAXIMUM THERMAL DEFENSE TECHNOLOGY

When you’re running a high-volume job site, the weak link in your hole saw setup is usually the pilot bit. The Milwaukee 49-56-7100 HOLE DOZER Cobalt Pilot Bit is engineered to eliminate that bottleneck. By utilizing a high-grade cobalt blend and a specialized Quad Edge tip, this bit maintains its structural integrity and cutting edge in temperatures that would liquefy standard high-speed steel. It is the mechanical solution for crews working in heavy-gauge stainless and abrasive materials where tool uptime translates directly to project margin.

• / Cobalt Infused Steel: Delivers 10X longer life compared to standard pilot bits, significantly reducing consumable turnover and cost-per-hole.
• / Quad Edge Tip Geometry: Engineered to decrease heat build-up by efficiently evacuating chips and reducing friction during high-RPM drilling.
• / 135-Degree Split Point: Provides an immediate, aggressive bite into the workpiece to prevent walking and ensure precision hole placement without a center punch.
• / Multi-Material Mastery: Optimized for the toughest applications including stainless steel, cast iron, and highly abrasive composites.
