Milwaukee Long 1-1/8″ Draw Stud

MAXIMUM STAINLESS PENETRATION EFFICIENCY

In high-volume commercial kitchen installs or industrial control panel modifications, the 49-16-2707 EXACT Sink Punch is the definitive solution for overcoming the work-hardening tendencies of stainless steel. This isn’t just a cutter; it is a precision-engineered system designed to maintain production speed when transitioning between standard mild steel and demanding 16-gauge stainless applications, ensuring every hole is code-compliant and burr-free.

• / EXTREME STAINLESS RATING: Engineered specifically to punch through 16-gauge stainless steel without dulling or compromising edge geometry.
• / SLUG-SPLITTING GEOMETRY: Advanced tooth design fractures the slug into manageable pieces for instant removal, eliminating downtime caused by jammed dies.
• / VIVID ALIGNMENT PRECISION: Laser-engraved crosshairs deliver dead-on accuracy when matching pre-drawn layouts on finished surfaces, preventing costly rework.
• / INDUSTRIAL ID MARKINGS: Oversized, permanent identification markings ensure rapid tool selection in cluttered job boxes or low-light environments.
