Milwaukee M12 Plastic Pipe Shear Blade

CLEAN, CODE-COMPLIANT CUTS FOR HIGH-EFFICIENCY PLUMBING INSTALLS

When you’re roughing in a multi-unit residential project or handling a service call in a cramped crawlspace, the last thing you need is a jagged cut or a cracked pipe wall. This M12 replacement blade is engineered specifically for the 2470 shear to deliver factory-clean ends on Schedule 80 PVC, PEX, and even BlazeMaster. The 3mm reinforced stainless steel construction isn’t just about rust resistanceits about maintaining a razor-sharp edge through hundreds of cycles, ensuring every joint is ready for solvent weld or mechanical connection without the need for a deburring tool.

• / Razor-sharp pierce-point eliminates material deformation and ensures burr-free edges for faster solvent welding and leak-free seals.
• / 3mm reinforced stainless steel construction provides the rigidity needed to slice through heavy-wall Schedule 80 PVC without blade deflection.
• / Rust-resistant finish stands up to the damp, corrosive environments common in service plumbing and new construction rough-ins.
• / Versatile geometry handles everything from flexible PEX and rubber hose to rigid ABS and non-metallic conduit up to 2 inches.
