Milwaukee Rasping Jab Saw

RAPID CUTTING & HOLE EXPANSION EFFICIENCY

Engineered for the high-volume contractor who demands multi-functional efficiency in a single hand tool, the Milwaukee 48-22-0104 Rasping Jab Saw eliminates the need for secondary filing tools. By integrating high-tolerance rasping holes directly into the blade profile, this saw allows for immediate edge smoothing and hole resizing in gypsum board or plaster following the plunge cut, significantly reducing task-cycle time for MEP installations and wall penetrations. Its mechanical design prioritizes the long-term fleet ROI that professional crews require for repetitive interior finishing.

• / INTEGRATED RASPING HOLES: Rapidly expands rough openings and smooths jagged sheetrock edges without switching tools.
• / REINFORCED 6 INCH BLADE: Extra-thick steel construction prevents blade deflection and increases service life in dense plaster applications.
• / PIERCING TIP GEOMETRY: Engineered for aggressive plunge cuts with minimal surface blowout and clean entry.
• / ANTI-ROLL GRIP: Ergonomic handle with ribbed indentations ensures maximum control and won’t roll off slanted surfaces or ladders.
• / TETHER-READY: Built-in lanyard hole provides easy attachment for safety compliance on elevated job sites.
