Milwaukee SDS Bit 5/32″ x 7″ with 1/4″ Hex

INTEGRATED MASONRY ANCHORING SOLUTIONS

For the high-volume professional contractor, the interface between the rotary hammer and the fastener is the most critical link in the production chain. The Milwaukee 48-20-7091 SDS Plus Drill Bit is specifically engineered for Tapcon applications, bridging the gap between heavy-duty drilling and precision fastening. By integrating a 1/4 in. hex shoulder onto a robust SDS Plus shank, Milwaukee has eliminated the efficiency-killing downtime of switching tools, providing a streamlined workflow for repetitive anchoring into concrete, brick, and block.

• / 2-Cutter Geometry: Precision-ground carbide tips deliver rapid debris extraction and consistent hole diameters for maximum anchor pull-out strength.
• / Patented Rebar Chamfers: Designed to deflect off reinforced steel, preventing carbide fracture and extending the service life of the bit in extreme conditions.
• / Reinforced Flute Design: Optimized flute geometry provides superior impact energy transfer and efficient dust removal to prevent binding.
• / Tapcon System Integration: The integrated hex shoulder works seamlessly with the SDS Plus Tapcon installation kit for the industry’s fastest anchoring system.
