Milwaukee SDS Max SLEDGE 2″ Tile Chisel

MAXIMIZE DEMOLITION UPTIME WITH REINFORCED SLEDGE GEOMETRY

When stripping thin-set or pulling up ceramic tile, the primary bottleneck is tool degradation. Standard chisels round off quickly, forcing frequent bit swaps or downtime for sharpening. The Milwaukee SLEDGE series addresses this with high-grade German-forged steel and a reinforced edge profile that maintains its geometry under heavy percussion. The 2-inch width and specific angled head provide the perfect mechanical advantage for prying materials off the substrate without burying the bit into the slab. It is a strategic investment in productivity that eliminates the need for re-hardening and reduces the frequency of bit replacements on high-volume demolition jobs.

• / Reinforced edge geometry prevents premature rounding to maintain maximum impact energy transfer throughout the life of the bit.
• / Angled head design provides the optimal prying angle for lifting tile, mortar, and laminate without damaging the subfloor.
• / Forged from high-grade German steel to withstand the high-joule output of SDS Max rotary hammers and breakers.
• / Self-sharpening design eliminates downtime associated with re-grinding or re-hardening the tip in the field.
