Milwaukee SDS Plus Thin Wall Carbide Tipped Core Bit 1″

ELIMINATE RESISTANCE, ACCELERATE BORES

When maintaining high-cycle jobsite productivity is the priority, the Milwaukee 48-20-5005 SDS Plus Thin Wall Core Bit stands as a masterclass in mechanical efficiency. By utilizing a specialized thin-wall geometry, this bit significantly reduces surface area contact, allowing your rotary hammer to maintain higher RPMs while generating substantially less friction. This engineering choice doesn’t just result in faster holes; it preserves your fleets motor life and maximizes battery runtime by removing only the essential material for clean, precise 1-inch bores in concrete, block, and brick.

• / Reduced Surface Resistance: Thin-wall architecture clears material faster with significantly less mechanical strain on the rotary hammer motor.
• / Multi-Piece Modular System: Includes the core bit, guide plate, and centering pin to ensure exact hole placement without bit migration.
• / Optimized Core Depth: Provides a 3-3/16 inch cutting depth, perfectly suited for standard block and foundation wall penetrations.
• / Industrial Durability: Carbide-tipped teeth are engineered to withstand the impact of high-BPM rotary hammers while maintaining edge retention.
