Milwaukee SPL/RDHEX Demo 1″ x 18″ Flat Chisel

AGGRESSIVE CONCRETE PENETRATION FOR STRUCTURAL DEMOLITION

When you’re breaking through high-PSI concrete or clearing out structural footings, your hammer iron is only as effective as the steel at the business end. This 18-inch cold chisel is engineered for the high-impact environments of heavy civil jobsites, where durability isn’t optional. Forged from high-grade steel and subjected to rigorous heat treatment in critical work areas, this iron maintains its edge while channeling and chipping through reinforced slabs and masonry. The 3/4-inch Hex with 21/32-inch Round Shank ensures a locked-in fit for heavy-duty hammers, maximizing energy transfer from the piston to the aggregate without the premature wear seen in inferior alloys.

• / Drop Forged High-Grade Steel / Built to withstand the extreme vibration and impact forces of industrial demolition hammers.
• / Heat-Treated Work Areas / Optimized hardness at the tip prevents mushrooming and maintains a productive cutting edge during long shifts.
• / 18-Inch Reach / Provides the necessary length for deep channeling and reaching through thick concrete sections.
• / 3/4″ Hex with 21/32″ Round Shank / Engineered for precise compatibility with standard hammer iron chucks for secure retention.
