Milwaukee Spline Bit 4-Cutter 1″ x 16″

MAXIMUM REBAR ENDURANCE

When your crew is drilling through high-density structural concrete, the last thing your bottom line needs is a bit that seizes or shatters on the first rebar strike. The Milwaukee 48-20-4370 Spline 4-Cutter rotary hammer bit is engineered specifically for the mechanical demands of heavy masonry and reinforced concrete. By utilizing a symmetric 4-cutter geometry, this bit provides a precise, round hole while preventing the binding and lock-up associated with inferior 2-cutter designs. The result is a more efficient drilling cycle and significantly reduced vibration, protecting both your rotary hammer’s internal drivetrain and the operator’s hands.

• / SYMMETRIC 4-CUTTER HEAD: Balanced drilling action prevents seizing and produces accurate holes for structural anchoring applications.
• / REBAR CHAMFER DESIGN: Strategically reinforced carbide tips survive direct hits on steel without catastrophic failure.
• / OPTIMIZED FLUTE GEOMETRY: Massive dust extraction capacity keeps the bit cool and prevents heat-related carbide degradation.
• / SPLINE SHANK COMPATIBILITY: Engineered for maximum energy transfer in heavy-duty Spline drive rotary hammers.
