Milwaukee Spline Bit 4-Cutter 2″ x 23″

HEAVY-DUTY STRUCTURAL PENETRATION

When your production schedule demands high-volume concrete penetration on industrial job sites, the Milwaukee 48-20-4419 Spline Shank bit delivers the mechanical advantage required for large-diameter boring. This 2-inch bit utilizes a specialized 12-spline drive system that ensures positive engagement between the heavy rotary hammer and the accessory, virtually eliminating the energy dissipation found in friction-based shanks. The result is a more efficient transfer of impact energy directly to the four precision-ground carbide cutters, allowing for faster pulverization of high-PSI concrete and masonry without overloading the tool motor or stalling on rebar strikes.

• / 4-Cutter Head Geometry: Optimized to drill precise 2-inch holes while preventing the bit from locking up or wandering when encountering structural rebar.
• / High-Surface Area Spline Shank: Provides maximum torque transmission for heavy civil applications, reducing wear on the hammer’s internal components.
• / Vacuum Brazed Carbide Nibs: Superior quality carbide is permanently bonded to the alloy body to withstand extreme thermal environments during deep-hole drilling.
• / Reinforced Flute Design: Large-volume flutes accelerate debris removal, reducing friction and extending the service life of the bit in abrasive masonry.
