Milwaukee Step Drill Bit 6MM-35MM

CORDLESS-OPTIMIZED HOLE PRODUCTION

When managing a jobsite fleet, the primary bottlenecks are consumable service life and battery runtime efficiency. The Milwaukee 48-89-9335 Step Bit addresses these mechanical pain points through a proprietary dual-flute geometry engineered specifically for the high-RPM torque profiles of modern cordless drivers. By optimizing the cutting angle for high-speed operation, this bit maximizes the duty cycle of your lithium-ion investment while delivering clean, burr-free holes in varied gauges of steel and plastics.

• / RAPID STRIKE TIP: Eliminates bit walk and the requirement for center punching, significantly reducing cycle times on repetitive layout tasks.
• / JAM-FREE GEOMETRY: Advanced dual-flute design provides superior chip evacuation, preventing material binding even when punching through thick-wall junction boxes or structural steel.
• / THERMAL MANAGEMENT: High-grade Black Oxide coating reduces friction-induced heat buildup, extending the effective service life of the cutting edges by up to 4X over standard bits.
• / SECURE-GRIP SHANK: The 3-flat design maximizes contact surface area within the drill chuck, effectively neutralizing bit slippage under high-load conditions.
