New Arrival Milwaukee 6″ Foam Light Cutting Pad

MAXIMUM SURFACE REFINEMENT

Achieving a true mirror finish requires an interface that can handle the high-oscillation energy of the M18 FUEL platform without sacrificing surface safety. The Milwaukee 49-36-0605 6-inch Foam Finishing Pad is engineered with a specialized low-density foam architecture designed to eliminate light swirls and maximize gloss. By integrating an advanced center cooling chamber, this pad mitigates the core heat buildup that typically leads to foam collapse, ensuring your finishing pass remains consistent from the first panel to the last. This is a critical component for fleet maintenance and professional detailing where surface temperature control is non-negotiable.

• / Heat-Sink Cooling Chamber: Dissipates thermal energy from the center of the pad to extend foam life and protect delicate clear coats.
• / Tapered Edge Geometry: Prevents pad rolling on contoured body lines, providing superior rotation and edge-to-edge control.
• / High-Endurance Foam: Formulated to reduce friction-induced fatigue, maintaining its structural integrity through multiple wash cycles.
• / Hook & Loop Integration: Optimized for secure attachment to all 6-inch backing plates, ensuring zero slippage during high-RPM correction.
• / Precision Weight Distribution: Tuned to complement the counterweight balance of the M18 FUEL 21mm and 15mm polishers for reduced user fatigue.
